LUTD is a story about two very special people, and how they secretly communicated a way of saying "Love You Today." Rick and Anicia Burton began saying LUTD (Love U To Day) to each other during hectic and public moments of their busy lifestyle, and they soon began signing everything with LUTD including cards, letters and emails as a sing of their endearment signature.
They have always enjoyed expressing their love and romance with weekly floral designs, so it was only a matter of time before they wanted to begin sending each other LUTD arrangements.
Master Floral Designers Jan Theodore and Charlene Cook created the first LUTD floral arrangement as a surprise for Anicia. Jan and Charlene’s beautiful floral artistry inspired Anicia to complement each room of their homes and businesses with custom floral pieces. After several years of working with the designers, Anicia decided to create and found LUTD Florist, a couture floral and chocolate boutique.
Anicia is a full time mother and professional who is involved in the real estate development industry. She is very family oriented and comes from Southern decent, where family comes first. Throughout her involvement in several businesses, she still finds time to support and be involved in many women’s and children’s charities and takes great pride in supporting the local community. Ms. Burton is recognized as a Who’s Who of Leading Women Business Owners. Her artistic passions for interior design and clothing design have driven her to create her own line of sports wear and haute couture formal wear as a hobby. She is also currently working on creating a signature line of LUTD Bath and Body products along with greeting cards.
